We have no control over changes in their policies, algorithms, data-sharing capabilities, or terms of service. Scale Logic Ads is not responsible for service limitations or disruptions caused by these platforms.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes ad account performance data, business strategies, pricing, and technical configurations. This obligation survives termination of services.
Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement with reasonable written notice. Any work completed up to the point of termination is billable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if you violate these Terms or act in a manner that is harmful, unlawful, or contrary to advertising platform policies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chattogram, Bangladesh.
